Anyone know how to hook up an old '93 Toshiba to a dvd player? ?

  • They have special cords that you can buy online.. how ever Im not sure what exactly they are called :(

  • 1: If your '93 Toshiba is an old analog set with no input other than the antenna connector, then you'll need to move on to a newer TV.

    #2: But check it closely for A-V jacks, which is about the only chance you might have on such a set. No A-V jacks? See step 1.


  • If you got an old 93 toshiba television, check everywhere if there is a av port around there are the two or three little circle color yellow, red and white. If you dont have these port here are some solution

    Get an vcr and tune it to the tv and the plug the dvd player in to the av port of the vcr and chuck it on av though the vcr

    Get a dvd recorder and tune that thought the tv since the av plugs are not necessary needed

    Get a dvd/vcr combo and turn that though the tv
